Naz Vidas
Naz Vidas covers NPL services for Portuguese speaking communities. These services began in 1997 with the founding of Naz Vidas' predecessor, Naz Brasil. The work was then officially re-launched in May 1999 to meet the sexual health needs of all Portuguese speaking communities in London.
The growing number of people using our client support services is testimony to the professionalism of Naz Vidas. However it also reflects a rapidly growing and largely unmet need for help and support for Portuguese speaking people in London from Brazil, Portugal, Angola and Mozambique.
Naz Vidas seeks to increase awareness of all the Portuguese speaking cultures amongst health care professionals. We provide specialised training for STI clinics and HIV/AIDS staff at hospitals throughout London.
