Between 2016-17, 487 South Asian MSM attended Dost Support Group and more than 250 South Asian MSM took an HIV test. In addition, NAZ Asia Volunteer Yousuf was featured in Attitude Magazine.

“I came to NAZ at a really low point in my life. I came out to my parents 8 months ago and was forced to leave Bradford. I came to London hoping to find a supportive environment and be myself. As I didn't have a job, I began couch surfing and this soon escalated into sex work and chems. It was the only way I knew to put a roof over my head. A client told me he had recently been diagnosed with HIV. I hadn't been tested since arriving in London and didn't feel comfortable going to a mainstream service in case of judgement. I found NAZ on Google and called. I was offered an HIV test the same day and referred to a support service for sex workers and to a housing association. I now have a place of my own; I'm on benefits, off sex work and in a better place.” - British Pakistani MSM
